Beloved Mother And Sister
Catherine (Knight) Kennedy, 83, died August 12, at Milford Health Care, surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Raymond J. Kennedy. Mrs Kennedy was born July 6, 1926, in Fort Fairfield, Maine, a daughter of the late Colin L. and Elizabeth (Bantle) Knight, and lived in Watertown for many years.
She was a communicant of Saint Mary Magdalen Church in Oakville. Survivors include a sister, Shirley K. Spencer of Sandy Hook; two sons; three daughters; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Monday, August 17, at 8 am, from the O'Neill Funeral Home, 742 Main Street, Oakville, to Saint Mary Magdalen Church, 16 Buckingham Street, Oakville, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 am. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Watertown.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday, August 16, from 3 to 6 pm.
