Q: What is your best memory of Newtown?
A: Playing baseball — pitcher and short stop — in middle school.
Q: If you didn't play hockey for a living what career would you chose?
A: Running a business. [Zingoni, who earned his degree in business management from Providence College, runs a summer hockey camp in Milford.]
Q: What's your food of choice?
A: Lasagna
Q: What team and player did you root for when you were growing up?
A: The Rangers and Wayne Gretzky
Q: What are your favorite and toughest cities to visit in the AHL?
A: Rival Hershey and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Penn. — same answer for both because of the large crowds and exciting atmosphere — and Bridgeport is another favorite because of the close proximity to home.
Q: What is your Super Bowl prediction?
A: It'll be a fun game. Pats are going to squeeze it out.
