    Craig F. Avery, 70, of Trumbull, beloved husband of Antoinette (Toni) Amoroso Avery, died peacefully January 24, at St Vincent Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Bridgeport December 16, 1943, he was a son of the late Raymond and Frances Southard Avery.

    Helen Marie Kerecz, 93,of Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. and formerly of Milford, died January 23. She was born in Olyphant, Penn., October 11, 1920, to Michael and Dora Sawayda Dyki.

    William H. Felmer Sr, 85, of Danbury, died January 24, at Danbury Hospital. He was the husband of the late Rebecca Corey Felmer. He was born in New Milford, August 21, 1928, son of William and Ethel Henderson Felmer.

    Caroline M. (Bike) Collins, 81, of Trumbull, died January 22, at St. Vincent Medical Center. She was born in Bridgeport to the late Joseph and Veronica (Szymanski) Bike.

  • Ann Sheils McCormick

    Ann Sheils McCormick, 95, of Newtown died peacefully January 15 at Lockwood Lodge in Sandy Hook. Born in Manhattan on June 13, 1918, she was the sixth of nine children of Lauretta and Judge William J. Sheils, a former surrogate of Westchester County.

    Margaret C. Warner, 91, formerly a longtime resident of Sandy Hook, died January 18, in Nantucket, Mass. She was born in Waterbury, to Laura and George Camp.

    Betty Jean Chandler, 85, formerly of Lexington, Va., died January 14, in Albuquerque, N.M. She was born October 9, 1928, and was a daughter of the late George Hunter Culley and Edna Barclay Culley.

  • Eva Warholak Husanita

    Eva Warholak Husanita, 95 of West Scranton, Penn., formerly of Bridgeport, died January 6, in Allied Skilled Nursing Center in Clarks Summit, Penn. Born in Wyola-Smithmills, Penn., she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Suchick Warholak.

    John Francis Pinto, 56, of Greenwich, died January 14. He was born in Bridgeport, April 22, 1957. Among his survivors is a sister and brother-in-law, Karen Pinto Kastner and Matthew Kastner of Newtown.
