  • All Hands In: A Celebration Of Community Through Traditional Song & Dance

    Newtown resident Patricia Campbell is organizing a special event, “All Hands In: A Celebration of Community through Traditional Song and Dance,” to take place Friday, March 22, at HealingNewtown Arts Center. It is Mrs Campbell’s hope that she will be able to help fellow Newtown residents continue in their healing following 12/14.

  • Acts Of Kindness Honor Charlotte Bacon

    With a photo of a smiling Charlotte Bacon displayed at the front of the room and the words, “Happy birthday Charlotte, remember forever,” the first night to honor students entered into the Charlotte Bacon Act of Kindness Awards tooko place Friday, February 22, at HealingNewtown Art Space.

     The day would have been Charlotte’s seventh birthday, and, in honor of her, other children were recognized for their kindness.
