Now in its sixth year, the Newtown Earth Day Festival -- taking place this year on Saturday, April 27, from 10 am until 4 pm, at Newtown Middle School -- is slowly but surely increasing town awareness about being earth-friendly and community minded.
To help raise additional awareness, the group is launching a T-shirt design contest.
