Anne F. Kopf, 85, of Newtown, formerly of Norwalk, Woodbury, and Shelton, died peacefully January 8, surrounded by her loving family. Born January 14, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Catherine Fasano of Bronx, N.Y.
Kathryn J. Feher, 83, of Newtown, beloved wife of Joseph Feher, died January 5. Born and raised in Fairfield, she had been a Fairfield resident for many years before moving to Newtown over 45 years ago.
Robert “Bobby” Thomas Murray III, 45, of Newtown, died January 7, at Bethel Healthcare Center after a long and courageous battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). He was born June 17, 1968, in Providence, R.I., to his beloved parents Isabelle MacKenzie Murray and Robert Thomas Murray, Jr.
Robert “Bob” E. Decker, 76, of Newtown, died at Danbury Hospital, January 8. He was the husband of Connie (Henderson) Decker, to whom he was married for 53 years. He was born February 28, 1937, in Jersey City, N.J., son of Harold and Marie (Leeker) Decker.
Pauline J. (Paris) (Potter) Bianco, 83, of Ridgefield, wife of the late Richard Potter and the late Luigi Bianco, died January 5, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Lyndonville, Vt., June 25, 1930, daughter of Walter and Jean (Chouinard) Paris.
Edward Felix Muraszkin, 87, of Newtown, died peacefully, January 5. He was born March 5, 1926, in Westport.
He graduated from Greens Farms High School and joined the United States Marine Corps, where is served as a pilot in World War II.
Robert “Bob” Nielsen, 67, of Newtown, died January 6, at his home. He was born January 22, 1946, in Hartford, and raised in Wethersfield by Roy and Mary Nielsen, along with his siblings, Carol and Roy, Jr.
Rev Roland E. "Ron" Gray, 80, of Oxford, formerly of Seymour, Milford, and Sandy Hook, died January 4, at the Griffin Hospital, Derby. He was the beloved husband of 18 years to Marion (Lucas) Gray. He was born March 2, 1934, in Sandy Hook, and was the son of the late Bell Dakota and Marion (Janssen) Gray.
Marion Faulhaber Daily, 97, died January 6, of natural causes, at Ridgefield Crossing Assisted Living Center in Ridgefield, where she lived for several years. She was born October 8, 1916, to Carl and Emma (Swanson) Faulhaber in Erie, Penn.
