  • Designing With Pressed Flowers

    On Wednesday, April 10, the Town and Country Garden Club of Newtown will host a program titled “Designing with Pressed Flowers.” The program will be at Newtown Senior Center, 14 Riverside Road in Sandy Hook.  The guest speaker will be Dixie Nace, who first started pressing flowers in 1994 and has been competing at Federated Garden Clubs and the Philadelphia Flowers show ever since.
