Free information on more than 1,100 health topics is available 24 hours a day from the Bridgeport Hospital/Yale New Haven Health telephone-activated audio library. For a listing of their topics and their access codes, call 203-384-4441.

The audio library provides recorded information on a variety of topics, from colds to pregnancy, mental health, and fitness. The service includes special parents and women’s advice lines.

To reach the audio library, dial 877-828-7888 on a touch-tone phone, then press the four-digit code number for a specific topic, or press 1000 for directions.
