High Blood Pressure Program

NEW MILFORD — “High Blood Pressure – Is Your Number Up?” and a free blood pressure screening will take place at the New Milford Hospital Robison Conference Rooms on Thursday, February 17 at 6:45 pm.

In observance of American Heart Month, Cardiologist Michael Levine will discuss the many factors attributed to high blood pressure. Dr Levine’s talk will also answer questions such as: What is High Blood Pressure? What should your blood pressure be? What can be done to reduce it? How does salt affect blood pressure? When is medication necessary?

Prior to the presentation members of the cardiac rehabilitation team at the hospital will provide a blood pressure screening.
