Jennifer Lynn Renjilian and Steven William Morris were united in marriage on May 7 at the Litchfield Inn in Litchfield with Justice of the Peace Nancy Scofield officiating.
The bride is the daughter of John and Elaine Renjilian of Newtown.
The groom is the son of James and JoAnn Morris of Oriental, N.C., formerly of Newtown.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The brideâs sister, Jodie Renjilian, of Newtown was the maid of honor.
The best man was James Morris, the groomâs father.
The flower girl was Meredith Fanning, the brideâs goddaughter, of Burlington, Vt.
The bride graduated from Newtown High School in 1990 and Providence College in Providence, R.I. She is associate managing editor of books at Taunton Press in Newtown.
The groom graduated from Athens High School in Troy, Mich., and Northern Michigan University. He is executive vice-president of France Voiles Company, Inc., in New York City.
The reception was held at the Litchfield Inn.
Following a wedding trip to the wine country of northern California, the couple is residing in New Milford.
