Mr & Mrs Ryan Lahey

Father Mark Hession officiated the marriage ceremony for Daisha Rose Manfredonia and Ryan Connor Lahey, who were married on Cape Cod on July 7.

The bride is the daughter of Bill and Leslie Manfredonia of Newtown. The Manfredonias also own a home on Cape Cod, and hosted their daughter’s wedding reception in their backyard there. The bride was given into marriage by her father.

The groom is a son of Fran and Sheila Lahey of Fishkill, N.Y.

For her wedding day Daisha wore a strapless Carolina Herrera wedding dress and carried an all white calla lily bouquet wrapped in white silk with pearl pins down the back.

Her matron of honor was Kailey Hand of Clarksville, Tenn. Bridesmaids were Severina DiGiandomenico of New York City, Colleen Conover of New York City, and Meghan Lahey, the groom’s sister, of Fairfield, Conn. Their dresses were fitted black strapless ones. They wore long white pearl dangles and each carried a drop bouquet of white orchids, calla lilies, peonies, and roses.

The best man was the groom’s brother, Sean Lahey of Port Chester, N.Y. Ushers were Devon Manfredonia, the bride’s brother, from Nashville, Tenn., and Jon Marwell of Mount Kisco, N.Y.

Also helping the bride and groom celebrate their marriage was flower girl Cashel Lahey, the groom’s goddaughter (and niece), and ring bearer Finnerty Moynahan, a nephew of the groom.

Daisha is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and is employed as a financial analyst by Compass Group.

Ryan graduated from Tufts University. He is a psychologist for the State of New York.

The Laheys are back home in Hartsdale, N.Y., following their honeymoon in Kauai.
