Mr & Mrs Roger Hernandez

Alyson Nicole Robichaud and Roger Hernandez were united in marriage on July 22, 2006, in a ceremony that took place at Southford Falls State Park in Southbury. A family reception was held at the home of the groom.

Mrs Hernandez is a daughter of Susan Robichaud, a resident of New Milford (formerly of Newtown), and the late Al Robichaud.

Mr Hernandez is a son of Nancy and Jose Hernandez

The bride was given in marriage by her mother. Her sisters, Sara and Stacey Robichaud, served as her maids of honor.

The best man was Roy Hernandez, brother of the groom.

Also in the wedding party were Jessica Hernandez and Seth Robichaud.

Mrs Hernandez is a 1999 graduate of Newtown High School and received her degree in criminology from Central Connecticut State University.

Mr Hernandez, an orthotist, graduated from Emmett O’Brien High School, Ansonia, in 1994 and from Pittsburgh Institute of Technology.

The couple celebrated their marriage with a honeymoon in New Hampshire, and are now residing in Thomaston.
