Rita M. Fant Tusch, 67, of Stratford, died October 26 in her home. Mrs Tusch was born in Bridgeport to Stanley and Rita Feury Fant, and was a longtime Trumbull resident. She moved to Oronoque Village in Stratford in 1997.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Erich A.P. Tusch; three sons, John A. Tusch and his wife, Danielle, of Sandy Hook, Erich G. Tusch and his wife, Amy, of Central Valley, N.Y., and Paul T. Tusch and his wife, Carol, of Stamford; two daughters, Mary Katherine Della Camera and her husband, David, of Tolland, and Elizabeth Ann Halzack and her husband, Nicholas, of Central Valley, N.Y.; a sister, Cora Freitas and her husband, Edward, of Honolulu; her grandchildren, Sarah, Erich S., Katherine, Paul J., Robert, and Heather Tusch, David and Matthew Della Camera, Nicholas M. Gregory, and Rebecca Halzack; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Russell Fant.

Mrs Tusch was a supervisor in the finance department for Southwestern Connecticut Agency on Aging.

Funeral services were held on October 30 in the Cyril F. Mullins Trumbull Funeral Home, and in St Mark’s Roman Catholic Church, Stratford. Interment was in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
