St Rose Student To Attend Youth Conference

Jack Curry, a sixth grade student from St Rose School, has been invited to attend the Junior National Young Leaders Conference in Washington. D.C., November 5–10. Jack was nominated by his teacher Eileen Kiric, who recommended him because of his academic excellence and strong leadership abilities.

The theme for this fall’s conference is “The Legacy of American Leadership,” which will introduce the young people to the rich tradition of leadership throughout American history, helping them to develop their own leadership skills. While visiting the nation’s capital Jack will attend a special reception on Capitol Hill and have the opportunity to travel to Colonial Williamsburg.
