Newtown Interfaith Council will sponsor the first “21st Century Conversations” session in the Great Room at Newtown Congregational Church, 14 West Street, on Tuesday, April 9, at 7 pm. Newtown psychiatrist Dr John Woodall will facilitate the conversation.

All are invited to talk and learn ways to turn tragedy into strength and build a community of compassion and resilience.

“Building resilience requires mastery of specific skills,” said Dr Woodall. “‘21st Century Conversations’ is an experiential training that teaches those skills to help us build our own resilience, the resilience of our families and community,” he added.
