Grace "Betty" (Burr) Ruscoe, 99, of Wallingford, died May 5, at the Masonic Health Care Center in Wallingford. She was born in Newtown, December 12, 1918, daughter of the late George U. and Grace (Johnson) Burr. She was raised in Newtown before moving to Wethersfield in 1942.

Her son, Alan B. Ruscoe and spouse, Roger Castellani, of Provincetown, Mass.; a daughter and son-in-law, Carol R. and Howard G. Langdon of Solomons, Md.; two grandsons, Howard G. Langdon III of Centerville, Ohio, and David S. Langdon of Alexandria, Va.; and three great-grandchildren survive her. Her husband, Jerry, predeceased her.

A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm Thursday, May 10, at the Village Cemetery, 1 Marsh Street, Wethersfield.
