To the Editor:

We at Golden Opportunities wish to thank everyone who made our 10th anniversary celebration on September 11 a fun and successful event. More than 90 people joined us for an afternoon of music, dancing, delicious food, and a chocolate tasting. Special appreciation is extended to our board of directors, our staff and "opportuners," representatives of our partner facilities, our generous donors, and the board and staff of Nunnawauk Meadows for allowing us to host the festivities in their community room.

Golden Opportunities is a nonprofit organization that works to enhance the quality of life for residents of eldercare facilities and for seniors living independently. In our ten years of successful operation our "opportuners" have provided more than 25,000 interactions with the individuals we serve, totally free of charge. We aim to more than double that number in the next ten years.

Sincerely,
Flip and Knettie Archard, Founders
