The Cyrenius H. Booth Library is planning its next Business Program Series segment, entitled "The One Page Business Plan."

The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 19, from 6 to 8 pm, in the community meeting room of the library, 25 Main Street. 

The program will educate attendees on how to test the viability of a business idea before going all in.

According to presenter Dr Pauline Assenza, associate professor at the Ancell School of Business at WCSU, at the heart of all the reasons for product failure is one core issue: the wasting of needless time, money, and effort building something nobody wants.

Dr Assenza will speak on how to avoid this trap.

Light refreshments will be served at 6; the program will begin at 6:30.

The series is co-sponsored by Newtown Savings Bank, The Economic Development Commission of the Town of Newtown, SCORE of Western Connecticut, and the Chamber of Commerce of Newtown Inc.
