BETHEL — The Celebration of Kindness will be hosted again by Ben’s Bells Connecticut. This year’s event is being planned for Wednesday, May 22, from 7 to 10 pm, at Michael’s at the Grove, 42 Vail Road.

The public is invited to join Ben’s Bells to celebrate kindness at its biggest fundraising event of the year. The evening will be filled with live entertainment, food, drink, and auctions. Guests will enjoy all of this while supporting kindness education and studio programming.

Tickets are $75, with food and beverage — like whiskey, wine, and beer tastings — included. A cash bar will also be available.

Musical entertainment will feature the return of The Traveling Danburys as well as Christine Connors.

A live and silent auction will also be among the event highlights and will feature incredible local art, exclusive services, and experiences.

The hottest and most exclusive items of the evening are Ben’s Bells mosaic benches — available only at the Celebration of Kindness each year. Returning to the silent auction are mosaic stepping stones designed by local school children and made by Ben’s Bells.

A special Shop Kind pop-up shop will be open for all of Kind shopping needs. Special to the Celebration of Kindness, 100 limited edition necklaces will also be available for purchase.

New to the Celebration of Kindness this year will be the presentation of a special award to an individual from the business sector who has demonstrated intentional kindness in their community.

The mission of Ben’s Bells is to inspire, educate, and motivate people to realize the impact of intentional kindness and to empower individuals to act according to that awareness, thereby strengthening ourselves, our relationships, and our communities.
