Welcomes Robert J. Budnik

Century 21 Scalzo Realty, Inc., announces that Robert J. Budnik has joined the Bethel office as a real estate agent.

Mr Budnik has 25 years of sales activity with a gross volume of over $150 million and holds a Real Estate Brokers license and his GRI designation. He previously held office as vice president and state director of the Danbury Board of Realtors, served as a member of the Professional Standards Committee, and taught in the Danbury school system for 14 years. He is currently a member of the Danbury Kiwanis Club and Thresholds, an emergency shelter for homeless women and children in the Danbury area.

Mr Budnik’s professional career included producing and teaching in-house training programs for newly licensed and seasoned real estate agents. He also managed relocation properties for Homequity, Argonaut Realty, Merrill Lynch, and Prudential Relocation, and managed foreclosure properties for Gateway Bank and Union Savings Bank.

Mr Budnik lives in Danbury with his wife, Michaele, and is the father of four children.
