Charlotte's Pawtacular Pet Photo Contest, a Halloween costume contest to benefit The CHB Foundation, is open to all family pets. "Charlotte was an animal lover and always dressed in an animal costume for Halloween. She would get a real hoot out of this contest. We are really hoping families will have a lot fun with this and it will help support the foundation in Charlotte's memory," said JoAnn Bacon, Charlotte's mother.

The top six most liked picture by Halloween will win prizes.

First place is a $50 gift card to Petco, and second place is a Charlotte's Litter collar and leash set.

Organizers ask that only family pets be entered into the contest, "to keep things fair." Local therapy and celebrity dog friends cannot be entered.
