NEW YORK CITY — The Bard Graduate Center will present a lecture, “The Fake’s Progress,” on Tuesday, October 23, at 6 pm at Christie’s, 20 Rockefeller Plaza.

Silver specialist Alastair Dickenson will expose some of the practices undertaken by disreputable silversmiths and dealers, and unveil clues to distinguishing between fake and genuine articles.

The talk is presented by The Bard Graduate Center for Studies in the Decorative Arts, Design and Culture. Advance registration required. Admission: $20 general, $15 seniors and students.
