Frances Perille Lemieux, 94, of Newtown, formerly of Shelton, beloved wife of the late Lawrence O. Lemieux, died peacefully August 11, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born October 27, 1923, in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Frances Rich Perille.

Affectionately known to many as "Gi Gi," she found great enjoyment cooking for her family. Her greatest pleasure was found in the time she spent with her family. She was known as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Two loving children and their spouses, Elaine and John Ulatowski of Newtown and Lawrence P. and Lori Lemieux of Monroe; six grandchildren, Heather Norko and her husband John, Jonathan Ulatowski, Cara Lemieux, Adriane Garvin and her husband T.J., Mallory Lemieux and her wife Lara Neich, and Jaclyn Lemieux; eight great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews survive her.

Three brothers, Lenny, Mickey, and Sam Perille; and four sisters, Phyllis Pellegrino, Florence Bennett, Sadie Cannone, and Eleanor Lucy, predeceased her.

Relatives and friends may greet the family Monday, August 13, from 4 to 8 pm, in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.

Funeral services will take place Tuesday, August 14, at 9 am, in the funeral home at 10 am in St Catherine of Siena Family Center, 200 Shelton Road, Trumbull, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
