To Sondheim: A Recital At NCC

Soprano Mary Andreotta and mezzo-soprano Sharon Goodkowski, with the pianist Susan Anthony-Klein, will present “Sing When the Music Says Sing!” on Sunday, February 6. The program will include music ranging in styles from spirituals to Sondheim.

The recital will begin at 3 pm at Newtown Congregational Church, at 14 West Street.

Freewill donations are requested.

The recital is being done in loving memory of Betty Williams, a longtime Newtown resident and active member of NCC who passed away early last year. Proceeds from the performance will help fun a stained glass cross for the church’s new Music Room/Chapel in Mrs Williams’ memory.
