Gordon P. Macmillan, Sr, 82, of Glastonbury, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 7, at the Atria Assisted Living and Memory Care Center, where he resided for the past year. Before then, Gordon resided in Newtown for 36 years and, after retiring, spent his time between Morris and Hebron, Conn., and Florida. Gordon was the co-owner of the Macmillan-Webb Co and worked in the HVAC/Boiler industry for many years, retiring in 2004. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Gordon P. Macmillan, Jr, and Karen of Hebron; and his daughter and son-in-law, Susan and John Williams of Morris; five grandchildren, Hanna and Samuel Macmillan, Zachary, Nicholas, and Anthony Williams; two nieces, Stacey and Dale; and many friends.
