John Beers

John Beers, 44, died unexpectedly at his home in Selden, N.Y. on January 27.

He was the brother of Jodi Beardsley and Leslie Pattison of Newtown.

Born Aug. 18, 1955, he was the son of Robert and Rose Beers of Putnam Lake, N.Y. He attended school in Deer Park, N.Y. and was self-employed as a machinist.

Besides his parents, he is survived by a son, Keith Beers, of Long Island, N.Y., and one other sister, Doreen Solomon of Milton, Mass. He also is survived by seven nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are to be announced.
