Ken will be truly missed by his brothers, Richard and his wife, Melissa, of Newtown and Robert and his wife, Karen, of Shelton; his partner, David Thayer, of Monroe; and his beloved dog, Tobey. He will always be remembered for his willingness to help anyone at anytime and by his nieces and nephews, Arianna, Aidan, and Addison Della Corte of Newtown; Michael Della Corte of Long Beach, Calif.; and Kristen Della Corte of Milford. He will also be fondly remembered by his many cousins and his special Aunt Ceil, all of whom he spent many happy holiday celebrations and vacations.

Ken attended Masuk High School in Monroe before earning his bachelor’s degree from Sacred Heart University. He enjoyed working at Wahlstrom and Company in Stamford, where he made many lifelong friends. Ken loved spending time with family, friends, and Tobey. He loved to garden, read, and travel, especially visiting the beach in Florida and Wildwood, N.J.

We would like to extend a note of thanks to all the doctors, nurses, and therapists who treated Ken and worked to make him comfortable and gave him hope. Ken will long be remembered for his enormous heart and generous nature.
