The Registrar of Voters' office in the Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street, will open from 9 am to noon on Monday, November 5 for In-Person voter registration for anyone who turned 18, became a US citizen, or moved to Newtown between October 31 and November 5, 2018.

The voter must appear in person.
