Local Businesses Participating In Toys For Tots Collection This Holiday Season

The Marine Corps Reserve’s Toys For Tots program is collecting new, unwrapped toys for children and teens this holiday season.

Newtown and Sandy Hook businesses currently participating as a drop-off location for donations include: Allstate, 17 Church Hill Road; Aunt Cappy’s Uniques and Antiques, 68 Church Hill Road; Berkshire Hathaway, 84 South Main Street; Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, new location at 32 Church Hill Road (Suite 106); Dodgingtown Market & Deli, 57 Dodgingtown Road; Eggs & Company, 71 South Main Street; Foundry Kitchen & Tavern, 1 Glen Road; Hubbell Wiring Systems, 14 Prospect Drive; The Learning Experience, 274 South Main Street; Murphy’s Pub, 71 South Main Street; The Newtown Bee, 5 Church Hill Road; Newtown Police Department, 3 Main Street; Newtown Hardware, 61 Church Hill Road; Newtown Savings Bank, all locations; NYA Sports & Fitness Center, 4 Primrose Street; Popowich Chiropractic, 71 South Main Street; Ricci’s Salon, 99 South Main Street; Tractor Supply Co, 116 South Main Street; and TJ Maxx, 228 South Main Street.

Also participating are Child’s World Academy, 477 Main Street, and Sippin Energy Products, 234 Main Street, both of Monroe.

All donated Toys For Tots items will be collected on Saturday, December 15, in order to be distributed to local families in need before Christmas.
