Lucille Hrabcsak

Lucille Ann “Lucy” Hrabcsak, 82, of Danbury, beloved mother, died peacefully November 11, at Regional Hospice of Western Connecticut. She was the wife of the late Rudolph Hrabcsak and the daughter of the late Francis and Margaret (Barbarotto) Natale.

Her son, David Hrabcsak and his wife, Karen, of Newtown; her daughter, Sharon Hrabcsak of Danbury; her grandchildren, Mia, Maggie, Sean, and Eric; her sister, Marie Landolfi of Rhode Island; her brother, Ronald Natale of Oklahoma; and many beloved nieces and nephews survive her.

Besides her parents and her husband, Rudolph, her brothers, Sylvester, Salvatore, Ralph, Michael, Robert, and Henry Natale; and her sisters, Patricia Pannozzo and Rita Casey, predeceased her.

Mrs Hrabcsak attended Danbury schools, graduating from Danbury High School in 1954. Through the years, she worked for Davis and Geck, Grolier, and the family business, Rucon Kitchens.

An active member of Saint Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, she was a member of the Alter Society. Mrs Hrabcsak was known as a kind and caring person and will always hold a place in the hearts of her friends and family.

The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to Regional Hospice of Western Connecticut for their kindness and compassion.

The family will receive friends in the funeral home Thursday, November 15, from 10:30 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 am, in the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury. The Reverend Sam Dexter, Chaplain of Regional Hospice and Homecare of Western Connecticut, will be officiating. Burial will be in Saint Peter Cemetery, Danbury.
