Margaret B. Oliver, 97, of Sandy Hook, died August 28 at her home. Mrs Oliver was the widow of the late Frank Oliver, and had been a resident of Sandy Hook since 1956.

A son, Wayne Oliver of Sandy Hook, and a daughter, Frankie Crookes of Woodbury, survive Mrs Oliver. Three sisters, Elizabeth, Helen, and Mary, predeceased her.

A graveside service will take place Saturday, August 30, at 10 am, at Resurrection Cemetery, Newtown. There are no calling hours.

Arrangements are in care of the Honan Funeral Home, Newtown.
