As part of the renovations underway at St Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church, an exciting addition for the expanding sanctuary arrived at the Church Hill Road campus recently. A new steeple, crafted by Campbellsville Industries, arrived at the parish grounds on November 7.

The 38-foot-tall steeple was installed without issue within just a few hours, according to John Kuck of Hawley Construction, who is serving as project manager.

A pair of contractors wait atop the roof of St Rose of Lima Church while the building’s new steeple is lifted into place last Wednesday morning. John Kuck of Hawley Construction, project manager of the construction project underway since July, said the installation of the 38-foot-tall steeple went “silky smooth.” The entire project, he added, is going very well.
