Newtown Singles will have its next âMeet & Mingle,â with a wine and cheese offering, on Friday, April 7.

The group will meet from 7 to 9 pm at Newtown Meeting House, 31 Main Street. Newcomers are invited.

Is it not true, that school budgets, by LAW, cannot be reduced year to year, no matter the reason? If it was 1M at 1000 students, next year at 500 students, the budget MUST be 1M?
