Raymond R. Rutkowski

Raymond T. Rutkowski, 71, of Trumbull and Delray Beach, Fla., died on April 18 in his residence.

He is survived by his daughter, Robyn R. Cologna and her husband, Daniel, of Newtown.

Mr Rutkowski was born in Bridgeport, and was a life-long area resident. He was a self-employed tax consultant and financial planner. He was a graduate of Harding High School class of 1946 and the Bryant College class of 1948.

Survivors also include his wife, June G. (Vars) Rutkowski of Trumbull; two sons, Robert R. Rutkowski of Trumbull and Russell R. Rutkowski of Eastover, Vt., another daughter, Rhonda R. Visnicky and her husband, Peter, of Shelton; six grandchildren, Tiffany N. and Alex N. Visnicky and Brenden D., Bethany R., Briana A. and Brittany H. Cologna.

Private services and burial took place at the convenience of the family.

The Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Avenue, Bridgeport, was in charge of arrangements.

The family requests that donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 120 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005, or the United Home Hospice, 1931 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, CT 06430.
