Rosalind Schwarzberg recently purchased property from Chris Rowan located at 134 Deer Hill Avenue in Danbury.

Lynn Liesegang of Advanced Real Estate, GMAC/Better Homes and Gardens sold the property, which was exclusively listed by Joan Oricchio of Prudential CT Realty.

Attorney Robert Yamin of Danbury represented the seller. The buyer was represented by attorney Richard Kilcullen of Danbury.
