Blackwell

Robert L. Blackwell, 68, of Norwalk died July 17. He was born November 27, 1944, to Willie Mae and Arthur Blackwell.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Adell Blackwell; brothers, Calvin Blackwell of Sandy Hook and Kenneth Blackwell of New Haven; sisters, Janet Blackwell, Valerie Blackwell, Brenda Blackwell, and Gloria Blackwell, all of Bridgeport, and Patricia Edwards of Gainesville, Fla.; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

 Mr Blackwell worked at Community Barber Shop for many years. He was a member of Canaan Institutional Baptist Church, Norwalk, where he served as a trustee; and he was also a member of the Corinthian Lodge where he was a 32 Degree Mason.

Funeral services took place July 24. Interment was in Riverside Cemetery, Norwalk.

Services were entrusted to Baker Funeral Services of Norwalk.
