Duties: Covering education news in Newtown, both in the schools and at Board of Education meetings. Other duties include weekend coverage, writing general stories, video editing, coordinating internships, and helping manage the website. Recent stories include a look at residents efforts to support a task force to study dyslexia instruction and training, one resident’s journey to support Bridgeport’s homeless, and Newtown High School’s efforts to “Spread the word Inclusion.”

Fun Fact: She drew the cartoon images featured in The Newtown Bee’s 2018 Back to School special supplement.
