Working Women's Forum Reschedules Talk On 'Modern Advances In Dentistry'

Because of a storm cancellation, the Working Women's Forum, an association of local professionals and entrepreneurs, postponed its monthly meeting to Wednesday, March 22 at The Villa Restaurant, 4 Riverside Road in Sandy Hook.Guide to America's Top Dentists. Dr V will discuss a variety of topics, including tooth anatomy, panoramic X-rays, cavity detection, and tooth whitening.rsvp@workingwomensforum.net or call 203-426-7022.

All are invited to attend for a talk, "Modern Advances in Dentistry," by Dr Rathna Vedullapalli, DDS.

Dr Vedullapalli ("Dr V") studied dentistry in India, earning her bachelor's degree in dental surgery. Upon graduation she provided dental services to the poor and needy in rural India, and completed her DDS in comprehensive and aesthetic dentistry at NYU.

She currently has her own practice in Newtown, and was recently included in the

Networking and light dinner begins at 6 pm, followed by the guest speaker. Program and dinner fee is $25 ($10 for WWF members), along with a cash bar.

The group gratefully accepts canned food, personal health, and beauty items for Newtown's FAITH Food Pantry.
