Newtown Youth Basketball Association (NYBA) will hold its 3 on 3 tournament at Newtown High School on Saturday, November 18.

Cost is $100 for teams of three or four players. Walk-in registration is accepted 30 minutes before grade start time.

Schedule is as follows:

8-9 am: Free Skills Clinic for 1st/2nd/3rd graders

9-11 am: 4th Grade Boys' competition

9-11 am: 5th Grade Boys' competition

11 am-1 pm: 6th Grade Boys' competition

1-3 pm: 4th Grade Girls' competition

1-3 pm 5th/6th Grade Girls' competition

1-3 pm: 7th/8th Grade Girls' competition

3-5 pm: 7th Grade Boys' competition

5-7 pm: 8th Grade Boys' competition

8-10 pm: High School competition with Dunk Contest

There are no team selection rules. Double elimination bracket - losing teams will be allowed to keep playing as long as space is available. One team champion per grade level (girls are combined). One team Best Uniform prize per grade level (girls are combined). NYBA apparel will be sold.
