GLENS FALLS, N.Y. — In the Rotunda Gallery at the Hyde, “Elihu Vedder and Italy” is an exhibition of approximately 24 works by Vedder drawn from The Hyde collection’s own holdings and several loans from the collection of Simon Parkes. A versatile artist, Vedder worked in a range of media.

The exhibition features paintings, drawings and a relief sculpture, as well as three illustrated books by the artist. The exhibition is curated by Erin B. Coe, chief curator of The Hyde Collection, and will be in the Hoopes Gallery.
