Meals On Wheels Annual Meeting Planned

Newtown Meals on Wheels will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, January 17, at 10 am.

The meeting will be at C.H. Booth Library, 25 Main Street.

Each weekday, this nonprofit organization’s volunteer drivers pick up nutritious meals prepared at Masonicare of Newtown and deliver them to persons who are housebound (including elderly people who live alone, and younger people who are temporarily incapacitated). Meals are prepared under the guidance of a dietitian.
