Norman Thomas Jones of Redding died December 27. Born in Liverpool, England, he emigrated to the United States in 1957.

In addition to his wife, Maureen, survivors include a daughter, Erica Joyce of Newtown.

Mr Jones was a graduate of Liverpool University, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Mechanical Engineers, and a member of the Third Monday Investment Club at the Mark Twain Library.

A memorial service will be held at The First Church of Christ Congregational, Redding Center, Saturday, January 24, at noon.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Mark Twain Library, PO Box 1009. Redding CT 06875. The Bouton Funeral Home, 31 West Church Street, Georgetown, assisted with the arrangements.
