Facebook Challenge Nets $600 For FAITH

MONROE — Fairfield Auction of Monroe held a Hunger Challenge over the month of December with one dollar for every Facebook “like” pledged to FAITH Food Pantry of Newtown. Owner Jack DeStories, who resides with his family in Newtown, was pleased with the results.

“We brought over 350 new friends to our Facebook page and ended up with a $600 donation to a very worthy cause,” he said.
