Raymond/Anderson Properties, LLC, recently sold a newly constructed home at 9 River Run Road to Rene and Jeffrey Olson, formerly of San Ramon, Calif.

Sandy Jossick Anderson of Prudential CT Realty Newtown Office marketed and listed the property, which was sold by Cyndy DaSilva of Prudential CT Realty of Newtown.

Attorney Bill Denlinger of Newtown represented the sellers, and attorney Eric DaSilva of Westport represented the buyers.

Taunton Hill Road

Diane and Peter Manning recently sold their home at 43 Taunton Hill Road to Mr and Mrs Potenziani, formerly of Danbury.
