Astrid T. Fagan

Dedicated To Family

Astrid T. (Person) Fagan, 93, of Stratford, beloved wife of 65 years to Harlan Fagan, died January 22, at the Bridgeport Hospital. She was born in Bridgeport, the daughter of Theresa (Neiman) and Carl Person.

In addition to her husband, three devoted children, including Brian A. Fagan, and his wife Pamela, of Sandy Hook; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters; a sister-in-law; and three nieces survive Mrs Fagan.

She was a very active member of the Salem Lutheran Church in Bridgeport, serving on many committees over the years. She was a lifelong member of the North Star Lodge, a former volunteer for Meals On Wheels, and was very active in her children’s activities, including the PTA and Scouting. Mrs Fagan was selflessly dedicated to raising her family and instilled in them a belief that family bonds are life’s most important foundation.

The Fagans shared so many interests together, especially traveling all over the world together.

Funeral services took place January 26. Burial was in Lawncroft Cemetery Fairfield.

The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Salvation Army.
