Insights From A Yoga Teacher

WOODBURY — Woodbury Yoga Center will host a free Sunday evening program with Jackie Sicard as the guest speaker on February 1. “Recognizing the Blessing in Apparent Diversity: A Practitioner’s Insights” will be the topic for the evening discussion.

Jackie Sicard is a hatha yoga teacher at Woodbury Yoga Center, where she received her training.

The program will begin at 6:45 pm. After the talk and discussion, there will be a silent group meditation and an informal tea reception.
