Newtown Office Of Prudential Realty Raises Funds For Sunshine Kids Organization

The Newtown office of Prudential Connecticut Realty raised some $945 last year to benefit the Sunshine Kids Organization, a nonprofit organization dedicated to children with cancer.

The Newtown office, located at 33 Church Hill Road, raised the money from individual donations made by sales executives. At the conclusion of the fundraising effort, Newtown Office Leader Ginny McKinney personally matched the collective sum of individual contributions. All funds were donated directly to the Sunshine Kids organization.

“We are glad to contribute to such an important cause,” said McKinney. “We know that the funds we donate will make a difference in a child’s life, and we look forward to continuing our fundraising efforts for the Sunshine Kids in the coming year.”

Prudential Connecticut Realty is a sponsor of the Sunshine Kids, an organization that provides a variety of programs and events, free of charge, for children who are receiving cancer treatments. As part of an ongoing alliance, Prudential Connecticut Realty donates part of its proceeds from a variety of services to the organization. Participating hospitals in Connecticut include the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and Yale New Haven Hospital.
