Learn French With The Alliance Française

SOUTHBURY — The Alliance Française of Northwestern Connecticut, Inc, invites the public to learn about its Spring 2004 classes at an Open House on Saturday, January 31, from 12:30 to 3 pm at the Church of the Epiphany located on 262 Main Street North. An Alliance Française sign will be posted on Route 6 to mark the entrance to the church driveway.

Adults can enroll in beginning, intermediate, or advanced levels of instruction.  The 90-minute classes will take place over a period of ten weeks beginning the week of February 16 and ending the week of April 27.  (There will be no classes the week of April 5.)  A 10-week series of one-hour classes will also be formed for groups of three or four children. Private and semi-private instruction for both adults and children can also be arranged.

Payment by check is due at the open house upon registration.  A minimum of four students guarantees that a course will be offered.  Reimbursement in full will be made in the event of a course cancellation.  Fees for adults:  $250 members; $300 nonmembers. For children: $150 members; $200 nonmembers.
