Northern Fairfield Professionals Meeting Scheduled February 10
Northern Fairfield Professionals (NFP) has its next meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 5:30-8 pm at the Knights of Columbus building on the St Rose of Lima Church campus, 46 Church Hill Road.
This month’s meeting is focused on “Reinvent Your Role — ‘A Human-Centered Approach to Career Navigation.’” “Reinvent Your Role” is a human-centered career pathway designed to help people navigate change, transition, and uncertainty in an AI-shifting world. This time is not about pressure, panic, or starting over from scratch.
Kristina Martinelli, this month’s speaker, recognizes that career transitions can feel overwhelming. The approach she will present provides clarity and support during moments when the path forward feels uncertain, helping job seekers move through change with confidence and intention.
Martinelli is the founder of coaigence, a hybrid intelligence company on a mission to make AI approachable, practical, and responsible for everyone, from Fortune 500 boardrooms to local community centers.
Martinelli created coaigence’s unique Compass framework. This four-pathway approach helps corporations strategically adopt AI while funding accessible education for job seekers, community leaders, and everyday people navigating this new landscape.
Martinelli has become a sought-after speaker across Connecticut and New York, translating complex AI concepts into real-world action. Her teaching style is smart, human, and built for real people, whether the audience has parents, professionals, or lifelong learners.
The speaker presentation starts at 6 pm, and there will be opportunities for attendees to network from 5:30-6 pm and again from 7:30-8 pm.
Northern Fairfield Professionals (NFP) is a free networking group that meets the second Tuesday of every month and usually hosts a guest speaker to discuss a topic of interest for business professionals or professionals looking for a job.
