LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

Town of Newtown Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public

hearing commencing at 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 19, 2026 in The

Newtown Community Center Shared Meeting Room #3, 8 Simpson Street,

Newtown, CT on the following application:

Application 26.02 ArtelEngineering Group, LLC,

for an Amendment to a Special Exception,

for a property located at 9 Covered Bridge Road, so as to eliminate

requirement for entrance bridge to be covered with a structure per

Planning and Zoning Application #15.08, as demonstrated on a set of

plans titled, “Overall Site Plan, Covered Bridge Newtown, LLC,

13 Hawleyville Road (Route 25) Newtown, Connecticut,” dated

August, 5 2015 and all supporting documents, submitted to the Land

Use Agency dated December 19, 2025.

Copies of the above applications

and related documents are on file and available for public

inspection in the Land Use Department, Newtown Municipal Center, 3

Primrose Street, Newtown, Connecticut.
